Return & Replacements
We have a flexible 15-days Return policy for exchanges/returns (up to a maximum of two exchanges/returns) from the day of the purchase, which is applicable under these circumstances:
EXCHANGES
• If parcel is broken/ not sealed, do not accept the parcel at the time of delivery itself.
• The returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
• Only two pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel from customer.
• Exchange will be done for the same product.
RETURNS
1. In case you want a different product, you have to place a new order online & the product of the 1st order has to be cancelled (if not delivered) as per the cancellation policy. However, if the product has been delivered, then it will be treated as a return.
2. How do I return an item?
• Mail us on info@unirecstore.com & update your exchange size.
• Please keep your order Id ready for exchanges/returns, you also need to have the Invoice of your order for any returns or exchanges.
• A reverse pick-up will be arranged by our courier partners and only two pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel.
• Once received, the return/exchange product goes through a quality check. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags.
• Please allow 7-8 working days for the processing of returns/exchanges.
